There are difference in print destination between Dynamics 356 finance and operation cloud  and Dynamics 356 finance and operation on premise as the below

Destinations print archive , printer ,file  and email options available for Dynamics 356 finance and operation cloud  and on premise

Destination screen available for Dynamics 356 finance and operation cloud only.


Print destination for cloud Dynamics 356 finance and operation 


Print destination for on premise Dynamics 356 finance and operation 

Screen option not available in on premise

Why Screen option not available in on premise ?
As per docs ‘Features not intended for use in on-premises deployments‘, SSRS Report Viewer control is deprecated

Foe example : if you print customer report from accounts receivable

for cloud  , you can view report on screen as below 


for On premise , no way 

you must save report to your machine and open it.
