How to know the database log for the current record in Dynamics 365?

Dynamics 365 and AX 2012 is very powerful at this point, you can check this link for database log setup here

based on your database log setup, you can see trace changes

for example, we setup database log to track changes in hardware profiles

to see changes in the current record

go to options tab and click record info

click database log to track changes

to  see the previous value and type of changes, click  history tab

click database log to print the report for changes

also, you can clean database log for this record

click clean up log

click ok,
